RE:[sap-log-sd] Sales Order Item Turns 'statistical' for No Reason Therefore Billing not Possible

I have just tested this.

In VOV7, for your item category, field "Statistical value" should be BLANK.

When this field is X (in VOV7), then you get Net value = 0 and also in SE16, VBAP - KOWRR = X

So for your order item category check and deactivate this field and test.

I do not know if field Statistical value in also present in a sales order, if yes, then deactivate it there too. (maybe this is at line item level)

If issue is still unsolved, then please give more information about - net value in your sales order, at line item level. What are the item categories in your order and billing document.

Subject: Sales Order Item Turns 'statistical' for No Reason Therefore Billing not Possible

Hello,
An item has turned statistical, seemly for no reason (VBAP-KOWRR = 'X'), and for these reason it's not possible to bill it.
We are trying to understand why these has happened, previously items have been delivered and billed without problems, no reason for rejection is active for the item.
It shouldn't neither be a problem of pricing procedure?
Has it ever happened to any of you?
Thanks,
