Hi Paramanand,

Thank you for clearly explaining the business process!

Do as below -
1. Sales order 100EA created for Plant A
2. Delivery with delivery quantity = 16EA Shipping pt A created
3. Picking with picked quantity = 16EA; Do PGI
4. Plant A is shut down
5. In VA02, in line item #10 change "Order quantity" from 100 to 16EA
6. In VA02, in line item #20 create/input "Order quantity" = 84EA, here with another Plant - Plant B
Availability check shall take place (if configured), new Shipping point (and eventually new Route) shall be determined.
7. In VL01N create new delivery. Starting from (Plant B) Shipping point B with Route B.

"if possible to change plant in SO after partial delivery will be easy for us. Plant will be changed by warehouse staff. "

Your above request shall be fulfilled by point 6
point 7 is a must as the "starting point" and the route are different thus SEPERATE outbound delivery has to be created.

The steps in SAP reflect the business process - i.e. for 84EA the starting point, route is different.

Thanks for reply & solutions provided me, but the scenario is like this...

We have two manufacturing plants A & B customer placed order for 100 MT(metric tones). Once PO received from customer we create SO as per stock available in plant A or B. suppose we create SO for plant A -100 MT and delivered material 16 MT. Now suddenly plant is shut down due to some reasons and we want to delivered material from plant B. In that case currently we create order for 84 MT for Plant B & change qty in plant-A as 16. if possible to change plant in SO after partial delivery will be easy for us. Plant will be changed by warehouse staff.
