Hi Lee,
Your account group has some Partner Functions assigned to it which determine what business role an instance of that Account Group i.e. your Customer assumes. In your case 0003 is probably PY-Payer or has been assigned Partner Functions in which SP-Sold To Party is not listed.
Kindly verify and ensure that you use instance having SP type Partner Function to create Rebate Agreement.

Above is the error message when I tried to create rebate agreement [VBO1], when I enter the payer number, I got this error message.
I checked the partner function, ZN12 is assigned with PY, not assigned to sold-to.
Any idea ? |
