Hi Sumanth.G,

Thank you for this information. It is new learning for me. Therefore, I have marked your post as helpful.

Please give some background information, as to why user (needed to) change tax % 4 to 16? BED is levied by govt. of India, Thus, I presume it is know (4%) and thus maintained in condition record.

Have you changed Pricing type to D (or C) in VTFL? And are the test results OK? Does this fit the client needs / business requirement?

Thanks again for sharing!

Hello Typewriter,

These are tax condition types, related to Indian taxation & Excise. ( CIN-
Country India Version).

CST- Central Sales Tax ( tax on sale on goods, when delivering plant & SH
are in 2 different states (Indian).

BED - Basic Excise Duty ( It's is levied by the govt of India, on the
manufacture of goods ).

AED - Additional Excise Duty

SED - Special Excise Duty.

If you are working for an Indian client, then you need to know about these
in detail. Else, not needed.
