Can you please explain more about the role of distributor in the sales cycle. As per what you said, create a new partner function for distributor and make it mandatory in CMR and SDoc. Configure all your outlets and supermarkets and any others and your customer (create CMR for them). This is only on a general suggestion on the basis of your inputs.
