You can do manually if number is less.
Otherwise use something like LSMW or BDC programs etc.

I have created a new company code in SAP.

Now I want to extend my customers and vendors so that I do not have to recreate them in new company. How do I do it?

Do I need to create a new sales organization as well in new company code?

Do I need to create a new purchasing organization in new company code?

Please help. A step by step procedure is very much appreciated.
