All - It has been suggested that we use one of the supplemental entries on the shipment document and tie that back to the delivery. We are pursuing that course of action. I appreciate all of the replies I received.

I know the late deliveries - I have no method to capture a reason code as to why they are late. That is what I want to have the ability to capture and subsequently report upon.
