We use FD orders to send free samples to customers and vendors. This works flawlessly when we ship form our own warehouse and they use TO's with the RF guns to pick.
We also have 3PL warehouses with non IM inventory. In this case we force a pick slip to print after the delivery is created. (VL02n - outbound delivery - issue output to - ) Fax the pick slip to the 3PL. They pick and let usknow which batches were picked. We go back into the system and "pick" the delivery, then PGI.
The problem is, I cannot force the pick slip to print. We get an error message that says "No output has been selected for printing". We used VV21 to set the delivery note output for the 3PL location to print immediately to the ZLOCAL printer and that did not solve the problem.
I have been through all of the configuration related to output for deliveries and cannot find anywhere in config that looks like there is a problem.
The only thing I see that looks suspicious is the item category KLN that is created by the FD order is not in the drop down selection list of item categories in the delivery note. Not sure where to go to add it.
Any suggestions?
