Hi,
This case can arise if after creation of delivery (e.g. SH To 500), user goes back to the sales order in VA02 and changes the SH To (e.g. 400). Then the changed SH To is NOT automatically transferred to the delivery. Thus while checking delivery has different SH To than the sales order (both at Header, line item level).
1. Create a new sales order and delivery and check if SH To in dlv is different from SH To in sales order, at line item level.
2. This different SH To in delivery, is it in your CMR? Is this SH To in delivery featuring in your sales order (maybe as another partner function)?
Please inform your findings.

The ship to party in the delivery document is different from the ship to in the sales order. I have checked both in the header and item level partner functions in sales order, but delivery is picking up another ship to address. I have checked copy control and master data but am unable to resolve this issue . |
