Laurie This requirement:
some orders have to move out into the future because we did not buy enough product to meet the demand. They say "not this order." I think this falls under either of the following:
- Back Order Processing
- Rescheduling
If you use 'Delivery Priority', you can sort the Rescheduling process by this. And if the business wont commit to a prioritisation strategy you can manually edit the confirmation dates. Certainly, the first option is better for the business, but getting them to commit to a strategy is usually the biggest difficulty. Please mark as helpful (if it was)
