Hi Pamela, As you indicate, the attributes are stored in KNA1. These can be used in processes which are sales org independent. Similar attributes are used on sales org level, to be used in salesorg specific processes. All sales org data is stored in table KNVV. Hope that helps

To me creating a customer like this means that the customer details (like attribute 1,2 etc) will be globally valid for this customer ! Now let's say , the customer created in this step is "A"... with attribute 1 as "AB.., I hope all the data for customer created like this goes to KNA1 table ! 2) Now when I extend my customer A to a sales org and then go in Extras--->additional data, then I cannot see the attribute 1 fields or in any case, I cannot see the attribute fields at all ( the attribute screen which I saw when I created a customer without any sales org/company code as in step 1).
