Hello, We can create a customer in t code VD01 without giving any sales org or company code data. In this transaction, when we go to Extras-additional data, we can see the attributes fields like attr 1, 2, 3 and so on. My questions are:- 1) What is the point of creating a customer without sales org/company code ?.. To me creating a customer like this means that the customer details (like attribute 1,2 etc) will be globally valid for this customer ! Now let's say , the customer created in this step is "A"... with attribute 1 as "AB.., I hope all the data for customer created like this goes to KNA1 table ! 2) Now when I extend my customer A to a sales org and then go in Extras--->additional data, then I cannot see the attribute 1 fields or in any case, I cannot see the attribute fields at all ( the attribute screen which I saw when I created a customer without any sales org/company code as in step 1).
