[sap-log-sd] No data visible after running MC.9 report , but data available

I am facing an issue where users running tcodes MC.9 , MC.1 are getting
The message given is = Authorization check: Scope of
selection 'Plant' was restricted * No data exists for chosen selection

I havecreated 2 new divisions , after

which this problem started coming to users. Although it was working fine in QA

I need to create those divisions anyway again

Kindly help how we can avoid this problem after 2 divisions are created.
