[sap-log-sd] How Sales Order detemines the account assignment profit segment?

Hi Gurus,

I am creating a sales order against FG . I noticed that in the item of the account assignment it actually determine the profit segment and I try to open another SO for HALB and ROH the account assignment did not determine the profit segment.

I would like to know if any customizing caused it to behave to such a way ?
