I do not normally support shipping, but we are leaning our resources and I am trying to learn this module. We have WM active so we use transaction LT03 to create our transport order and load our trucks. When Shippers are in LT03, our system is allowing other users to be in update mode in the order, VA02, and vice versa. However, when all of the HUs have been entered on the transfer order, and processing continues, our shippers get the error message VL 045 Sales document is currently being processed. In the past this message has been a warning. Now it is a hard error. Our shippers loose everything they have entered.
We loaded support packages in Dec 2010. We are now in our busy season so this is a problem. I have checked OVM1 – Distribution related messages, and OVAH – sales related messages and cannot find where to change the error back to a warning.
Does anyone have a suggestion?
