Sap Sale Module: RE:[sap-log-sd] Error - Sold to party not maintained for Sales Area

Common dist channel and common division were maintained.
Debug of order showed JPN/DR/TA was a missing entry in TVTA table.
Missing in config - Enterprise Structure>Assignments>Sales And Distribution>Set up Sales Area

We set up our customer masters using sales org, distribution channel, and division.
We process our sales orders using sales org, dist channel,and division.

I get the above referenced error when trying to use a certain customer master in a sales order.
I believe the sales org and division used when the customer master was created is maintained for the sales org and division of the sales order in config -

Any ideas on why we are getting this error?
