As you have suggested first set item category = K, Delivery-related invoices for partial quantity.
& then click on icon "Selection list" I can edit Open quantity
(e.g. Dlv quantity = 10, Billed quantity could be = 8; & then next time Open quantity would be =2 this can be again edited)
