I hope I understand your question. Though I don't understand the PO hasn't arrive yet.
Review " Assign Delivery Type and Checking Rule" in SPRO.
You can switch on the STO configuration so it works exactly the same way as a sales order and then it will confirm the stock and not just commit the stock.

I'm trying to figure out how to "confirm" outbound stock transport orders from a distribution center, where I'm performing an ATP check (CO09). In CO09, the STO's show up as negatives in the REC/REQD QTY column, but 0 confirm in the Confirmed column, so they're not decreasing available inventory.
Does anybody know what needs to happen to make the quantities show up as confirmed? |
