Could you please tell, in TVTA table, for -

1. your CMR -
SOrg | Dis chn | Div || RefDisch - Cus/Mat | Ref Div Cus
JPN DR TA

2. (in VA01), the sales area -
SOrg | Dis chn | Div || Ref SOrg | RefDisch - doc | Ref Div - Doc Type

Not in TVTA -

3. In XD02, the sales area for this CMR (cust. master record) -
S Org, D chan, Div

Your information would make it totally clear.

I added JPN/DR/TA to the TVTA table and it cleared the error.
I was able to access the order via VA02.
I was also able to process a cosignment pickup order (KA) in reference to the original
order successfully.
