In standard configuration, output condition type LR00 Invoice list does not have 5 External send as a medium.
In V/40 for your output type (LR00 or copy of LR00) add configuration - i.e. medium with other details. You can use the same program & smartform as in 1 Printout. Create relevant condition record in VV11 & test.
