First check whether you have set common division & distribution channel to
sales org in VOR1 & VOR2. Also check for set up sales are. Once check all
entries in TVTA table.

Now create customer for required sales area. Also you can check available
customer sales area in XD01 only.

I think the entry did exist at one point - order entry was done back in 2005- recently user was trying to do a consignment pickup in reference to this order and received this error. I cannot even view the order because I cannot get into it either.

I am not sure what happened but somehow it seems this entry was deleted from the table.
