I got it TW. But can we generate BW reports based on texts?

A solution for this business requirement would be to use Text determination.

The 11digits, must flow into the sales order (from CMR) and editable in the sales order,if need be are all fulfilled by using Text determination.

(If you have standard Text determination in customer account group and sales document type) Just test by - XD02, button Central Data, Extra>Texts, then adjacent to "Sales notes for customer" fill in your 11digit data. Save.
In VA01 create sales order, in Header level, go to Tab Texts, maybe in Form Header you can see and edit the data you had given in your CMR.

If the above is not happening then setup Text determination configuration to fulfill your require.
