[sap-log-sd] No Customer Master record exists for sold to party 961000005.

Hi folks,
I am creating a new STANDARD ORDER and it shows an error saying " No Customer Master record exists for sold to party 961000005". Whereas the master has already been created and it shows in XD03 and in the partner function tab it also shows the partner functions allotted. Can you please help me resolve this basic problem
