Hi Sunny,

Just check, if by chance, you are seeing sales order in VA03, the "Update" icon shall not be active.

Are the 2 sales areas for the same Co Cd?
Are you using the same Sales document type and same item cat for both sales orders?
Is any one of them a reference to another document?

I created two sales orders with different sales area. I want to update pricing in both but in one sales order update is highlighted and in another sales order update is not highlighted. How can I highlight and tell me the factors also.
