If you enter the condition value in the BAPI then this should mean manually determined.

Hi All,
We are using BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 to create a sales order. In the conditions structure for one item we are setting the Condition Control (KSTEU) to be 'E' (Condition value and basis fixed). However, for some reason the condition keeps on getting created with Cond. Control 'C' Changed Manually. Is there any way we can get this to be 'E'. The reason for this is we want to pass a fixed amount to a condition which is normally calculated as a %.
