Hi Naughtybudgie, Yes, HD00 varies with quantity, even if calculation type = B, Fixed. Below, just tested - E.g. Sales order with 1 line item with 3 EA., HD00 = 3000Euros, manually entered, header condition. Delivery is created for 1 EA; in billing doc [Conditions], HD00 = 1000Euros. Delivery2 is created for 2 EA; in billing doc, [Conditions], HD00 = 2000Euros. From a business perspective, SAP is making sense. Freight charges negotiated between company & 3rd party transport company; for a sales order (with 3EA) is 3000Euros. If part of the goods are transported, then part of money has to be paid to the Transport company. Because, as set up here, the agreement is for the sales order (i.e. quantity of goods for the sales order). And NOT for Rate for every delivery = 3000Euros. On the other hand, I completely understand the requirement & the rationale behind the post by Jane. Typewriter

I'm sure I've had this working at an old client many years ago... in the middle fo a go live here so no time to check.. | | __.____._ Copyright © 2011 Toolbox.com and message author.
