The business wants to create RO (Rush orders) only if the net value of the order is more than a specific amount. How can I configure it?

I read in a post to use condition type "Customer expected price" (i think Cond type EDI2), create an access sequence for it with condition table. And then maintain a master record.
So, I think Condition table = Order type / Net value = RO / min Euros.
I don't know how to set minimum amount. Field name of Net value = NETWR, I do not see it in the Field catelogue. Is that correct?
