Two condition types:
Z001 Initial Set Price - Read via access sequence, Cond Class = Price, no manual entry allowed
Z002 Actual Price - Read via RefConditio Type = Z001, Application V, Cond Class = Price, Manual entry has priority
Now one issue you may have against what you mentioned is that Z002 will always be the active condition but you'll have Z001 there for reference. (if that is an issue explain further please)
