1). Not sure why, but check SCOT for the FAX and do the settings.
2). Seems OK. Strange that a printout is still needed though.

Subject: Output in Sales order

Hi Experts,

2 questions w.r.t. Output determination -

1. Why 2 lines -
I have created output type ZBA0 (copy of BA00), in V/30, for this output type I have ticked Multiple issuing. I have put this output type in the procedure & assigned the procedure to the Sales doc type. I have also created a condition record with 2 Fax, 4 immediately with saving, SP.
Now when I look in to my - newly created - sales order, output (Extra > Output > Header > Edit) I see two lines for ZZBA, one with yellow status and one with red status. Some thing is not working but my question is why am I getting 2 lines?
In the line with yellow status, processing date is blank and time is 00:00:00; following line with red status, processing date & time are mentioned.
If in V/30, I undo Multiple issuing then I get only 1 line with red status. This is understandable, the system processed that condition record and system failed to send an output because of some reason.

2. The business requirement is to send an Order confirmation of a sales order to customer two times via Fax and via Print.
For this I am using BA00 with condition record Transmission medium 1 Printout, SP, 4 immediately; & I have created ZBA0 (copy of BA00) with condition record Transmission medium 2 Fax, SP, 4 immediately; then I have put this output type ZBA0 in the procedure & assigned the procedure to the Sales doc type.
Is this the easiest way?

Many thanks!
