Transaction VA02 or VA03. Type in the Sales Order number but do not press ENTER, instead use menu path: Sales document > Issue Output To (click on this so that it is highlighted) That should launch a pop-up box with the different output types that have been configured for the sales order.
Select the appropriate output line so that it is highlighted and click on the icon that looks light a headlight over a document (print preview).
To help you choose the correct output, the Transmission mediums are shown you will need one with transmission medium 1 (Print).
A final pop-up with another Print Preview button and you should see the output.
Alternative route from within display or change transaction for Sales Order, menu path: Extras > Output > Header > Print preview.. follow same instructions for previous pop-ups.
