If you do not want a specific condition type to be visible on order type RE, you can add it to your requirement. We do this all the time. I am not doing it for the Tax condition types, so you would want to test to be sure that it works. The code looks like this:
CHECK: KOMK-VBTYP NE 'K' AND
KOMK-VBTYP NE 'L' AND
KOMK-VBTYP NE 'H' AND
sy-subrc = 0.
for Credit Memos Requests, Debit Memo Requests and Returns. Edit accordingly to your requirements.
