data-->addresses-->setup postal code check-->define field check
indicator.

Note
During export control, the system determines whether the ship-to party
is on a boycott list. The decisive factor is that the ship-to party
appears on the boycott list. Which country placed the ship-to party on
the list is irrelevant.
