Thank you all for the info, you have given me a few options to try. Unfortunately I only have access to the VK's and VBN's etc due to segregation. I can now chase a few others to try the other options. I had the option of 0.01 set up just so the orders could be set so good to know this was a good option to use for the interim.
Apologies for the post probably not having enough detail.
It's for a material which will only be sent out a very limited amount of times each month. Max of about 10 orders per month.
As a newbie all the replies are very useful so thank you all

Usually I use VK11 to set a price but in this instance I need the material set at £0.00 as it's free of charge. When I enter £0 and an order is placed it comes up with a message that pricing is missing.
As it's not to be linked to any other material I can't set it up in VBN3.
Any suggestions?
