You can see the configuration of picking relevant in IMG under Logistics Execution --> Shipping --> Picking --> Define Relevant Item Categories
2. Picking confirmation is needed if the person in charge is different people in sales and inventory.

1 ) When I'm creating an outbound delivery ( with ref to sales order ) and when I see the document flow, there is a document called "picking request " which I can see.. I need to know where is this coming from? Further I cannot display the document.
2) What is the relevance of picking confirmation indicator (in non WM scenarios ) which exists at shipping point configuration. What picking confirmation means!
