In general, for any output that we want to go to a local printer, we put in LOCL as the output device in the output condition records. You could try that to see if that works for you.

SAP VV62 is the output condition record set-up to print the customer shipping labels or the handling unit labels. We tried to set the output device to blank thinking that the system will look into the user's default printer. Apparently it's not doing it. Thus, the labels are not printed. The user has no windows account so we can't use the SAPWIN device type for the VV62 output device. But shouldn't the system look into the user's default printer device if in the HU label record set-up the printer device is blank?
