Anybody know, what is the transaction that I records the condition record/output type LR00, please?

Not sure if this would help but here are the steps I made when setting up
in 1998 !

VN01 Create number range for Invoice Lists
OY05 Create suitable billing calendar
VOFA Create or change Billing Types for Invoice Lists
V/40 Output Types for Invoice Lists
V/42 Output Procedures
V/25 Output Determination
V/54 Check or change Output Access Sequences
V/31 Assign Partner Function PY for Invoice List Type
VOF3 Define Worklist structure fir Invoice Lists
FBL5 FI Layout Customizing (for visibility)
