Do NOT Open the accounting periods for that year ! Your company has
already completed its accounts for that period and you Chief Accountant
and Auditors would not be happy.
Has the sales order item been fully delivered ? Or has only the
delivered quantity been invoiced?
Why do you need to have a status of complete ? Is this so that you can
archive?
If only the delivered quantity has been invoiced and you will not
deliver the remaining open quantity then you can change the sales order
quantity.
