If your question in the change program VA02, user should not be able to change the item, then ask your abaper to write an exit to grey out the required field.

I have a configured material in my quotation that the customer configures. I want that the customer should not be able to make any changes in the configurations in the sales order level. It should remain the same as in quotation. I am not sure how to configure this.
