I generally don't like to copy & paste into SAP, which is why I recommended creating by reference.
Other than that, it's the same as how you copy and paste between any two other programs. Select the fields you wish to copy, hit <ctrl>C, put your cursor in the first target field, and hit <ctrl>v.
