Srinivas,

For e.g for condition type ZPR00(copy of PR00) I have created access seq ZPR0 which has field combination as Customer/Material(table 5).
When I try to create condition record Sales org, Dist channel, customer and Material all the fields are mandatory, but I would like to make Sales org field optional means I would like to remove the Mandatory check mark in the field.
I checked the access in the access seq for this combination and drill down to field level i found a column ATYP and thought this is where i can change the option for the field but I think this is not where the control is for making changes to the field attribute.
so can tell me where i can manipulate the change the field attribute from mandatory to optional.

Thanks,
Vivek

Subject: Fields in Condition Record

Hi Vivek,

It is better to define Condition Table with mandatory fields and assign it
to Access Sequence and check the field 'Exclusive'. then while creating
condition records, select key combination which displays all . from there
you can choose mandatory field combination to create condition record.

if i am wrong, please correct me.

Thanks,
Srinivas
