Hi Dave, thanks for your response. How do I print directly to a PDF file? I'm reprinting from VF03 and I usually call up a print preview of the document so I have the document on my screen. Sorry, hate to have to ask you to break this down but seriously, we had extremely limited, high-level training (in test scenarios where everything is perfect). Can you please walk me through the steps?

The answer depends on your SAP setup. Has the Basis team made it possible to email anything at all out of SAP to outside addresses? If so, then when you print the invoice you can "print" it directly to email. Other options are to "print" directly to a PDF file, which you would then email. In my opinion, the best solution is to archive the original outputs, so when you need a new copy you can get a (pdf, usually) copy of the actual original output instead of recreating it with a new print. This way, it's a true and accurate copy, not affected by changes to your printing since the original, like the form layout or the master data.
