Sale of scrap can be posted in directly in FI using transacton code F-22 Customer Invoice
Dr. Customer 100
cr. Scrap Sales 90
Cr Excise Duty 5
Cr VAT/Sales Tax 5
You can use standard SAP CORRESPONDENCE for taking printing of the same. But the document number will be posted to FI document number range based on the "document type".
