The reason for 1. In XD01, extend CMR for sales area with the particular divisions (e.g. 05, 06) is if user does not do it, he/she shall get error during sales order creation (VA01) -
Ship-to party 5000 not defined for sales area ZN10 ZR 05
Message no. VP210 and cannot proceed further i.e. create and save a sales order number.
Other information for the creation of sales order:
- Common division is 00
- and in the initial screen for VA01, ZN10 ZR 00 are given.
- 05 is the division given in the MMR
- in VOV8, for that sales doc type, field "item division" is activated
Please test this and confirm.
