Before giving my suggestion, I want to clarify something. In the sales order also you have to enter the minimum free goods as 10. And the item category assignment or norm free___ tan, and or norm free tan tann. And in the item category of tann the pricing field should be (B)
Please clarify whether you have entered valid condition records for free good condition record
and calculation rule is important.

Subject: Free Goods not Triggering when an Order is Called
Free goods assignment have been done for a material with respect to customer/sales or/dist channel. During ordinary sales order creation va01, for the line item b-7000 free goods trigger for qty of 10. But when a item proposal is created & called in the order.Free goods doesn't trigger(even the qty is same 10).
what adjustment have to be done for the free goods to trigger.
