Classification in the customer master can be maintained using
XD02-Extras-Classification-
in the customer master screen you will get
class type -011(to be maintained)
Class -customer master
Values for class customer master -object 315501(customer code)
Then enter the distribution channel

Trying to add our own class type to the a customer master record. Any idea on how to do this? I have created the class type, class and characteristics. But it seems only 001 class type is allowed in the customer master, I always receive a message about nothing available - even though I click on the other class types button. We want to add the sales area information and storage location to the sales area view in the customer master (class).
It seems that the customer master "object" is only allowing a link to the KNA1 table "001 class type".
I know we need to devlop our own screens through screen painter, but I would like to know it can be done before we give the requirement details to our ABAPers. Looking forward to your reply.
