For what purpose are we using this availability check 02 I am selecting? Where it is showing its effect? If I select 01 instead 02 what will happen?

availability check will be carried out through individual requirement or collective requirement (i.e for one day orders or a weak orders) , for back order processing u should maintain individual requirements
plz clarify
