Ask your consultants to teach you everything there is to know about VF31. Then ask them why they didn't know it existed in the first place. Then hire new consultants, and use them to build SAP knowledge within the company.

Dave: I got with our I.T. person (I'm just a Credit Manager user!) and he set me up with CutePDF writer. This will be a big help. Now, do you know how to re-print a range of invoices? Our consultants say you can only do one at a time, I don't think that's right.
