Hi Cecilia, Basically if an order is "qualified" to be listed in the delivery due list, then user can see it in VL10I (or VL10). It could be that the order does NOT qualify or the selection criteria (shipping point, date of delivery etc.) may not be correct. Please go to VL01N, give the correct shipping point, Selection date, Order number. Then press enter. If the delivery initial screen is created, then in VL10I, you would have to CHECK the selection criteria. If in VL01N the delivery is NOT created, check the error message. There could be a delivery block (at header or schedule line level) or the delivery has already been created etc. Another handy tool is in VA02, Tab Status, item level, check field "Delivery status" is this Not delivered or already delivered or.....? Please inform us the progress.
