Normally, the only check during pgi is against onhand inventory, so I'm perplexed as to why it would be considering future purchase order receipts. The ATP check during delivery prior to pgi is controlled via the config settings in OVZ9.

Considering the scope of check you have for ATP is would recommend to switch off ATP altogether.
