Hi Srikant,

Condition record is getting determined when we create a cmr with
reference to billing document through transaction va01. When we use
function module SD_SALESDOCUMENT_CREATE, condition record is coming
but value is not getting populated. In condition origin it's showing
'C' manually entered.

For the condition type check in pricing procedure whether the Man Column is ticked (ie condition type can be processed only manually)

Also can check in your item level condition type in the sales order -analysis whether condition record is activated for that condition type?
